Job summary

Aerones is seeking skilled Rope Access Technicians to support wind farm operations in the United States. The role involves establishing safe rope access systems and performing blade and composite repairs to exact standards.

You will travel 100% on a rotational basis to wind farms nationwide, maintaining safety, documenting repairs, and coordinating with the back-office. A RAT Level 3, GWO training, and blade repair experience are required.

Qualifications

• SPRAT or IRATA Level 3 certification required.
• 3+ years blade repair experience.
• GWO Basic Safety Training completed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Certification in Epoxy/Isocyanates safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform blade repairs per technical instructions, standards and guidelines.
• Travel 100% on a rotational basis to wind farms nationwide.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, protocols and industry standards.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive repair reports and other required technical documentation.
• Ensure accuracy of time tracking and reporting for all hours and tasks.
• Operate and manage company vehicles, including vans and trailers as needed.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings to ensure alignment and safety on site.
• Participate in project meetings on-site and remotely via Google Meet with back-office coordination.
• Follow up on delivery and shipping coordination, control, registration and approval of arriving goods.
• Work with SIKA Filler, Hontek Leading Edge Repair, Alexit Leading Edge Repair and Resin.
