Job summary

Aerones is seeking skilled Rope Access Technicians to support wind farm tower repairs. The role focuses on establishing safe rope access systems for blade repair and structural fixes on turbines across the United States.

Applicants should hold SPRAT/IRATA Level 3, have 3+ years blade repair experience, and possess GWO safety training along with a valid driver’s license. The position is temporary with full travel and lodging provided.

Qualifications

• SPRAT or IRATA Level 3 certification required.
• 3+ years of blade repair experience required.
• GWO Basic Safety Training required.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Certification in Personal Safety when Working with Epoxy and Isocyanates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blade repairs per technical instructions, standards and guidelines.
• Travel 100% on a rotational basis to wind farms across the U.S.
• Ensure safety regulations and industry standards are followed.
• Prepare and submit repair reports and documentation.
• Maintain accurate time tracking and project task reporting.
• Operate company vehicles and trailers as needed.
• Lead daily toolbox talks and coordinate with back-office.
• Engage in project meetings on-site or remotely via Google Meet.
