Job summary

Aerones is seeking skilled Rope Access Technicians for work on wind farm towers across the United States. This temporary position requires certified Level 3 RATs to establish safe rope access systems and perform blade repairs with precision. Candidates must travel extensively and comply with FAA, OSHA, and site policies.

You will document repairs, track hours, and coordinate with the back-office. The role demands strong safety practices, hands-on repair skills, and teamwork in remote field

Qualifications

• Rope access and blade repair capabilities required.
• SPRAT/IRATA Level 3 certification or equivalent.
• GWO BST and valid driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blade repairs on wind turbine components per technical directives.
• Travel 100% on a rotational basis to wind farms across the U.S.
• Maintain strict safety and regulatory compliance on all sites.
• Prepare and submit detailed repair reports and timesheets.
• Operate company vehicles and support on-site logistics.
• Lead toolbox talks and coordinate with back-office for project tasks.
