Job summary

Aerones is seeking skilled Rope Access Technicians to support wind farm tower maintenance across the United States. This 100% travel, temporary role focuses on safe, code-compliant rope access for blade repair and structural integrity tasks.

Certification at Level 3 (SPRAT/IRATA) and wind-turbine experience are required. You will work with leading repair materials and report on field conditions, safety, and project documentation on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• SPRAT/IRATA Level 3 rope access certification and blade repair exposure.
• Experience inspecting and repairing wind turbine blades from major manufacturers.
• GWO safety training and a valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform blade repairs in accordance with instructions and safety standards.
• Travel 100% on a rotational basis to wind farms across the US.
• Prepare repair reports and document project activities.
• Ensure accurate time tracking and PPE compliance.
