Job summary

Aerones seeks skilled Rope Access Technicians to support wind turbine blade repair on farm towers across the United States. The role emphasizes safe, code-compliant rope access systems to enable robotic operations at height.

Candidates should have SPRAT/IRATA Level 3, GWO training, 3+ years blade repair, and a valid driver’s license. Expect 100% travel, with per diem and lodging provided for projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in inspection and repair of wind turbine blades from leading manufacturers.
• Certified rope access at Level 3 (SPRAT/IRATA) and GWO safety training.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel nationwide for projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform blade repairs in accordance with technical instructions and guidelines.
• Travel 100% on a rotational basis to wind farms across the U.S.
• Ensure safety compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Prepare repair reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate with back-office, schedule field tasks, and track hours.
