Job summary

Acuren is seeking a Rope Access Level III Technician to support operations in Joliet, IL. This will be a mostly embedded role with minimal callouts, local applicants preferred.

Responsibilities include performing field tasks per work orders, applying advanced rope access techniques, maintaining safety of all equipment, and assisting other technicians as needed. Requires IRATA/SPRAT Level 3, 3+ years of Level 3 experience, and current first aid certification; a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• IRATA/SPRAT Level 3 certification is required.
• Three years of demonstrated Level 3 rope access experience.
• First aid certification is required.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse teams and adverse conditions.

Position Summary

Acuren is seeking Rope Access Level III Technicians to support operations in Joliet, IL. THIS WILL BE A MOSTLY EMBEDDED ROLE WITH MINIMAL CALLOUT. (LOCAL APPLICANTS ONLY)

• Ensure operational safety of all equipment

Requirements

• IRATA/SPRAT Level 3 Certification required
• A thorough understanding of applicable rope access applications, and comprehensive knowledge of theory, equipment and rigging, maneuvers, climbing and hauling and advanced rescue techniques
• A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience as an IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician working within a variety of industrial environments.
• Current first aid certification
• A valid drivers' license is preferred
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse team
• Ability to work productively in a variety of adverse conditions
