Job summary

Acuren is seeking a Rope Access Level III to support operations in several locations. This will be a callout/travel position.

The role requires SPRAT or IRATA Level 3 certification, deep knowledge of rope access applications, and at least three years of IRATA Level 3 experience in diverse industrial environments. Candidates must have a current first aid certification; a valid driver’s license is preferred and the ability to work well in a diverse team under challenging conditions.

Qualifications

• SPRAT or IRATA Level 3 Certification required.
• Deep knowledge of rope access applications, rigging, maneuvers and advanced rescue techniques.
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated IRATA Level 3 experience in varied industrial environments.
• Current first aid certification; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

• Have a comprehensive knowledge of advanced rescue techniques
• Be able to demonstrate all the skills and knowledge required of level III
• Assist other technicians as required
• Ensure operational safety of all equipment

Requirements

• SPRAT or IRATA Level 3 Certification required
• A thorough understanding of applicable rope access applications, and comprehensive knowledge of theory, equipment and rigging, maneuvers, climbing and hauling and advanced rescue techniques
• A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience as an IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician working within a variety of industrial environments.
• Current first aid certification
• A valid drivers' license is preferred
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse team
• Ability to work productively in a variety of adverse conditions
