Job summary

Acuren in Beaumont, TX is seeking a senior Rope Access Level III Technician to provide technical leadership across regional operations and client sites. The role focuses on safe, high-angle rope access and rescue work, delivering reliable results in demanding environments.

You will perform work-order tasks, demonstrate advanced rope techniques, supervise colleagues, and ensure equipment safety and compliance with applicable standards. First aid certification and IRATA III credential are required.

Qualifications

• IRATA Level 3 certification required.
• 3+ years as IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician.
• Knowledge of advanced rescue techniques.
• First aid certification is required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
• Ability to work productively in adverse conditions.

Requirements

• IRATA Level 3 Certification required
• A thorough understanding of applicable rope access applications, and comprehensive knowledge of theory, equipment and rigging, maneuvers, climbing and hauling and advanced rescue techniques
• A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience as an IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician working within a variety of industrial environments.
• Current first aid certification
• A valid drivers' license is preferred
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse team
• Ability to work productively in a variety of adverse conditions
