Job summary

Acuren in Beaumont, TX is seeking an experienced IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician to join our field team. You will perform work orders on industrial assets, demonstrate advanced rope access techniques, and oversee rigging and rescue procedures.

The role requires a minimum of three years at IRATA Level 3, DR/RTR certifications, current first aid, and a proven ability to work safely in diverse teams and under challenging conditions. Compliance with safety protocols is essential.

Qualifications

• IRATA Level 3 certification is required.
• DR/RTR certifications are required.
• Knowledge of rope access theory, equipment, rigging, maneuvers and advanced rescue techniques.
• Minimum of three years as an IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician in varied industrial environments.
• Current first aid certification.
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
• Ability to work productively in a variety of adverse conditions.

Requirements

• A thorough understanding of applicable rope access applications, and comprehensive knowledge of theory, equipment and rigging, maneuvers, climbing and hauling and advanced rescue techniques
• A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience as an IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician working within a variety of industrial environments.
• Current first aid certification
• A valid drivers' license is preferred
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse team
• Ability to work productively in a variety of adverse conditions
