Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree is an asset.
• Minimum three years rope access experience; Level III preferred.
• SPRAT or IRATA Level III certification required.
• Valid driver’s license in home state and a valid passport or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification required or to be maintained.
• Willingness to travel extensively and be away from home for weeks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and online communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Represent MISTRAS professionally and maintain client relations.
• Lead field and administrative tasks with a focus on safety and quality.
• Develop and execute Safe Work Plans, rescue protocols, and reports.
