Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• IRATA/SPRAT Level I, II, or III certification
• TWIC Card Required
• NCCER Certification
• Must be able to work at height
• Ability to lift/carry 75 pounds
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to pass background check and drug test
• Excellent communication/interpersonal/organizational/problem solving skills
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation
• CPR certification
• Client safety requirements (PPE, etc.)
• Safety equipment as required by client
• No direct health/safety threats in workplace

Responsibilities

• Review historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, and productivity reports to estimate scope and man-hours
• Prepare estimates by calculating complete takeoffs of scope of work
• Maintain files of working documents and backup for estimate figures
• Follow contracts as assigned and estimate extra work items/change orders
• Procure material as needed; coordinate with supervisor for additional assignments
