Job summary

Team Industrial Services seeks qualified Rope Access Inspectors to support field operations, focusing on NDE, API inspections, and elevated access tasks. Dual SPRAT/IRATA certification and safe access expertise are essential for delivering code‑compliant results with a safety‑first mindset.

You will work with site leads, engineers, and integrity teams to inspect at height, document findings, and ensure compliance across refinery, petrochemical, and industrial environments.

Qualifications

• SPRAT or IRATA Certification (Level I/II) required.
• 1–3 years of inspection experience in refining, petrochemical, or energy environments.
• Ability to travel regionally or nationally for projects.
• Pass pre-employment background checks, TWIC, DISA, and onboarding.
• Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform rope access inspections at height per SPRAT/IRATA standards.
• Conduct NDT and API inspections on vessels, piping, tanks, or structures as certified.
• Assist with access system installation, rigging, and hazard assessments.
• Document findings using digital forms and reporting templates.
• Interface with engineers, planners, and client reps to clarify scope.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, codes, and safety protocols.
• Participate in toolbox talks, pre-job planning, and safety audits.
• Maintain rope access gear and track certifications.
