Job summary

Acuren Inspection is seeking a Rope Access Painter NCCER in Baton Rouge, LA to perform coating and blasting tasks on industrial assets. The role requires experience with painting equipment, reading blueprints, and strict adherence to safety protocols on-site.

The position is on-site, project-based and involves travel as needed. You will support the supervisor, maintain high safety standards, and ensure quality workmanship across tasks while meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of coating materials, application techniques and curing processes.
• Experience with paint and industrial equipment and reading blueprints.
• NCCER Painter certification a plus; NACE certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Have a comprehensive knowledge Painting/Blasting.
• Assist other technicians as required.
• Perform specific job functions as they relate to work orders.
• Ensure operational safety of all equipment.
• Other work duties as assigned.
