Valcourt Group in Seattle is seeking a Window Cleaning Technician to join our High-Rise Division. Learn to use rope access to clean exterior surfaces, including windows on tall buildings, using brushes, squeegees, and cleaning solutions.

You will work outdoors year-round, lift up to 50 pounds, and climb ladders, with overtime and occasional night/weekend shifts. We offer full-time employment, competitive wages starting at $25 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime and on weekends/night shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Use rope access or scaffolding to reach exterior windows for cleaning.
• Set up ladders to access second/third story windows.
• Handle cleaning solutions and equipment to wash and dry glass surfaces.
