Job summary

Valcourt Group is seeking window washing technicians to perform general exterior window cleaning using brushes, sponges, or wet cloths with soapy water. The role includes cleaning building surfaces and drying glass with cloths or squeegees.

Duties involve accessing windows with rope descent systems or scaffolding up to 500 feet and handling equipment, ladders, and cleaning solutions. Overtime and possible weekend/night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends or nights.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use rope descent system or scaffolding to reach outside windows up to 500 feet for cleaning, or hold and maneuver up to 60' of extension poles from ground.
• Set up and climb ladders to reach second and third story windows.
• Work with cleaning chemicals such as chlorine and ammonia.
