Job summary

Valcourt Group in Tampa, FL is seeking a motivated High-Rise Window Cleaning Technician to join our safety‑driven team. The role involves cleaning exterior glass on commercial buildings using Rope Descent Systems and other access methods, with emphasis on working at heights and rigorous safety practices.

You will perform equipment checks, follow OSHA/ANSI procedures, and communicate with supervisors and property managers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• SPRAT, IRATA, or OSHA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-rise window cleaning using Rope Descent Systems (RDS).
• Follow OSHA, ANSI, and company safety procedures.
• Conduct pre-job safety inspections and equipment checks.
• Set up, inspect, and maintain rope access equipment and fall protection.
• Clean exterior windows, glass facades, architectural metal, and surfaces.
• Complete daily work reports and safety documentation.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, property managers, and team.
• Assist with additional exterior building maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company.
