Job summary

Acuren Inc. is recruiting a temporary Rope Access/API 510 Inspector for a 4-week project in Texas City, TX, starting 7/13/26 and working 50 hours per week. Local candidates only; no per diem or travel pay.

Responsibilities include visual and NDE inspections of pressure retaining equipment, reporting findings, and advising on repairs or alterations to ensure safe operation. API 510 and ASME knowledge strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Rope access proficiency required.
• Familiarity with API 510 and ASME standards preferred.
• Experience inspecting pressure-retaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and NDE of pressure retaining equipment per API/ASME standards.
• Submit technical reports documenting equipment condition.
• Provide recommendations for repair, re-rate, replacement, or alteration of plant equipment.
