Job summary

Chico State Enterprises seeks a full-time, benefited, on-site coordinator for the ROOTS Teacher Residency Program in California. The role focuses on recruitment, outreach, applicant pipeline development, and grant documentation to support rural workforce needs and cost-share compliance.

You will build candidate pipelines, plan information sessions, coordinate meetings with district partners, and maintain accurate program records with ROOTS leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in recruitment, outreach, student services, or program coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience maintaining detailed records and grant documentation; proficient with spreadsheets.
• Ability to develop tracking systems and collaborate with diverse partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and outreach strategies for ROOTS residents.
• Build and maintain applicant pipelines from inquiry to enrollment.
• Plan information sessions, campus visits, and career fairs.
• Maintain grant cost-share/match records and reporting documents.
• Prepare program reports and coordinate ROOTS meetings with partners.
• Collaborate with ROOTS faculty, district partners, county offices, and communities.
