Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field; OR Associate degree in Electronics with equivalent years of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with schematics and testing equipment.
• Proficiency with MS Office; C++ knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on defective products.
• Monitor active work list and perform failure analysis.
• Write detailed failure analysis reports.
• Perform bench-level electrical verification/fault isolation on ICs to determine root cause.
• Isolate failures for accurate defect localization.
• Coordinate with R&D to determine root cause.
• Engage with suppliers and third-party labs for root cause analysis.
• Collaborate in a team environment and advise non-F/A disciplines.
• Provide technical support and interface with repair technicians.
• Enter information on all completed work in ERP systems.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
