Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking an Electrical Failure Analysis Engineer to monitor and analyze product failures, write detailed reports, and verify faults at the bench level. You will isolate issues, work with R&D and suppliers to determine root causes, and document results in Delta’s ERP system.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in electrical engineering or electronics with related experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Ability to read schematics and perform bench testing and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor work list and perform failure analysis on Delta products.
• Write detailed failure analysis reports.
• Perform bench-level electrical verification/fault isolation to determine root cause.
• Isolate failures for accurate defect localization.
• Collaborate with R&D to identify root causes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and third-party labs on root causes.
• Provide technical support and interface with repair technicians.
• Enter completed work data into Delta ERP systems.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
