Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center in Montgomery, AL seeks a Rooms Inventory Manager to optimize inventory allocation and implement pricing strategies aligned with revenue objectives.

You will lead inventory decisions, work with sales teams, and provide expert guidance to the revenue management leadership to maximize occupancy and yield.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-service Marriott hotels.
• Prior Marriott systems experience (FSPMS, Marsha, CI/TY, One Yield).
• One Yield Certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert knowledge and leadership in inventory management to sales leaders, ensuring revenue optimization strategies are implemented.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of the sales needs of the property and represent the property in inventory management decisions.
• Act as a subject matter expert in inventory management and restrictions, guiding the Director of Revenue Management.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as the Rooms Inventory Manager. In this pivotal role, you will ensure revenue and profit are maximized through effective inventory allocation, and implement strategic pricing and restrictions to align hotel sales strategies with revenue management objectives.

What You Will Bring to the Table:

• Prior experience working with Marriott systems (FSPMS, Marsha, CI/TY, One Yield)
• One Yield Certification OR ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment
• 3+ years of experience working in Full-service Marriott hotels

In this role, you will:

• Provide expert knowledge and leadership in inventory management to sales leaders, ensuring effective revenue optimization strategies are implemented.
