Job summary

Omni Corpus Christi Hotel is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms, refreshing rooms for staying guests and thoroughly cleaning rooms for departing guests.

Responsibilities include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, restocking items, and ensuring safety per Omni standards. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Restock and replace used items within guest rooms.
• Communicate clean status of each room upon completion.
• Remove room service trays and tables from guest rooms.
• Stock supply cart and ensure that it is neat and well organized at all times.
• Check all equipment prior to and after use to ensure that it is in good working order.
• Maintain a professional, neat and organized appearance according to Omni Corpus Christi Hotel standards.
• Respond swiftly and effectively in any emergency or safety situations. Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury or accident.
• Attend all required department trainings and meetings.
• Perform any other duties required by management.
