Publituris Hotelaria seeks ambitious hospitality candidates to join a Front Office and Housekeeping training program in Montana’s Mountain West. This hands-on placement delivers real hotel operations exposure and supervisory development at a full-service property.

The 6–12 month program covers front desk, reservations, guest relations, room cleanliness and quality control, with guidance from experienced supervisors.

Competenze

• Assist Front Office operations: guest relations, reservations, check-in/check-out.

Training Opportunities

Gain practical experience across two essential areas of hotel operations:

Front Office Operations

• Guest relations and front desk procedures
• Reservations, check‑in and check‑out operations
• Guest inquiries and service recovery
• Front desk coordination and daily operations
• Supervisory procedures, team communication and service standards

Housekeeping Operations

• Room preparation and cleanliness standards
• Room inspections and quality control
• Housekeeping schedules and daily task coordination
• Inventory, supplies and operational organization
• Team coordination and supervisory practices

The program is designed to develop operational knowledge, leadership abilities and an understanding of how Front Office and Housekeeping work together to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Program Duration: 6–12 months

• Number of positions: 9
• $17 USD per hour
• Housing: Available for $150 per week
• Transportation: Provided to and from the hotelMeals: Breakfast included during shifts

Ideal candidates will have an educational background and/or relevant experience in hospitality or hotel management, with an interest in Rooms Division operations and supervisory development.

Strong communication, organization, attention to detail and a professional approach to guest service are essential.

Candidates must meet applicable U.S. Department of State J-1 program eligibility requirements.
