We are seeking an energetic individual who is career-driven, with a positive approach to hospitality.

This is a dual responsibility position that will service our Room Service guests and assist the F&B team as a Server Assistant.

As the ideal candidate, you will:

What will I be doing?

As a Room Service Server, you will deliver and serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously, contributing to outstanding guest service and profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up room service trays and tables for incoming orders
• Retrieving checks, setting tables, collecting food and beverage orders from the kitchen and bar, and delivering to guest rooms and meeting rooms
• Serving meals, collecting trays, and responding to guest requests efficiently
• Presenting checks and processing payments
• Returning payments and signed checks to the order taker
• Handling order-taking duties and answering room service calls as needed
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations
