Job summary
Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, located on Florida's Gulf Coast, is seeking a professional line cook to prepare menu items in a luxury resort kitchen. You will work across grill, sauté, and cold stations, following standardized recipes and timelines to maintain quality and consistency.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of high-volume cooking experience, strong knife skills, and excellent teamwork and communication.

- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Work all line stations (grill, sauté, cold line) following recipes and portion guidelines.
- Complete mise en place and station setup for various meal periods.
- Safely operate and clean kitchen equipment.
- Label, date, rotate food items; support cost control and waste reduction.

Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and service timelines while maintaining quality standards and a safe, sanitary work environment.
- Work all stations on the line (grill, sauté, cold line) and prepare menu items according to recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards.
- Complete mise en place and station setup for various meal periods.
- Safely operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment.
- Properly label, date, and rotate food items; maintain par levels and support efforts to manage food cost, reduce waste, and ensure efficient usage.
- At least 1 year of professional cooking experience in a high‑volume or high‑quality culinary environment.
- Ability to operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment such as fryers, broilers, stoves, ovens, mixers, food processors, slicers, steamers, flat‑top grills, and steam tables.
- Strong knife skills and a solid understanding of culinary techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Strong time‑management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 70 lbs.
