Job summary

Eden Roc Miami Beach, a Davidson Hospitality Group property, is seeking a Room Service Server. You will deliver meals and provide a memorable dining experience to guests, while maintaining a welcoming and polished service standard.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of room service experience, fluent English, and strong communication skills to work collaboratively with the team in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years prior room service experience preferred
• Some wine and fine food knowledge helpful
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals to guests and provide a memorable dining experience.
• Assist guests with special requests and ensure timely service.
