Job summary

Eden Roc Miami Beach is seeking a Painter to join our iconic oceanfront resort in Miami Beach, FL. You will paint interior and exterior surfaces, perform touch-ups, and support renovation projects to uphold our luxury aesthetic.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in commercial environments, strong communication, and basic carpentry/paint knowledge. This on-site role offers collaborative teamwork and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience of 2-5 years preferred in commercial or institutional maintenance environment.
• Light carpentry and strong knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
• Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Preventive maintenance background preferred.
• Read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, and renovations.
• Maintain high aesthetic standards and ensure guest areas are pristine.
