Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent, alcohol and food handlers certifications, and the ability to handle fast-paced environments while maintaining professional communication with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (state requirement).
• Food Handlers certification (state requirement).
• Clear communication and ability to convey information.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and safety rules.
• Meet certification requirements (Alcohol Awareness, Food Handlers, Safety).
• Perform opening/closing side work to ensure prompt service.
• Serve guests with food and beverages in a warm, courteous manner.
• Keep room service and cafe wait stations clean and organized.
• Follow portion control and cash handling procedures.
