Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up orders and deliver to rooms within 20-30 minutes.
• Develop knowledge of menus, dish and glassware service to assist guests as needed.
• Follow proper tray setup and ensure all items are present on tray for delivery.
• Develop knowledge of service standards for beer, liquor and wine, and comply with related laws.
• Return check and payment to cashier and follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations at all times.
