Responsibilities

• Set up orders and deliver to rooms within approximately 20-30 minutes.
• Develop knowledge of menus, dish and glassware service to assist guests.
• Follow proper tray setup with silverware, napkins, condiments, beverages, and special requests.
• Develop knowledge of beer, liquor, and wine service per standards and laws.
• Return checks and payments promptly; call back to guests after 5-10 minutes to ensure satisfaction.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations at all times.
