The Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel is seeking a full-time Room Service Server to deliver timely meals to guest rooms and uphold service standards.

You will develop a strong knowledge of menus, properly prepare and deliver trays, and ensure guest satisfaction while working flexible nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and reliability are essential in this fast-paced hospitality role.

Responsibilities

• Return checks and payments promptly; check guest satisfaction after meals.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations.
