Concord Hospitality in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Room Service Server to deliver in-room dining with warmth and professionalism. The role requires ServSafe or approved alcohol training, and a strong guest-service mindset in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Prior food & beverage or serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests promptly, and ensure complete satisfaction.
• Maintain organized, clean work areas and follow all safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
• Assist in dining rooms, bistros, or other food & beverage outlets as needed.
• Communicate clearly and pleasantly with guests and team members.
• Handle busy or unusual situations calmly and professionally.
• Support F&B leadership by identifying guest issues and offering solutions.
