Qualifications

• Previous hotel, concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of downtown Pittsburgh and attractions.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Work well independently and in a team.
• Basic computer skills; Hilton systems experience a plus.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests entering and leaving the hotel.
• Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests and visitors.
• Assist guests with questions on services, amenities, dining, and hours.
• Offer recommendations for Pittsburgh restaurants, attractions, and events.
• Arrange transportation options and assist with luggage when needed.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming presence in lobby and public areas.
• Protect guest confidentiality and handle requests discreetly.
• Observe and report safety concerns and assist during emergencies.
