Job summary

ADP in Tucson is seeking a Room/Laundry Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This part-time role focuses on preparing rooms, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest comfort.

You'll perform cleaning tasks, laundry duties, and supply replenishment, while upholding our service standards. Opportunities for growth and training are available in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in hotel room, cabin or house cleaning.
• A valid driver's license may be required for some positions that use company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Make beds to perfection with hospitality flair.
• Clean and organize bathrooms to sparkling-clean standards.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum.
• Replenish housekeeping supplies and report when inventory runs low.
• Empty trash and maintain a fresh, clean feel throughout each unit.
• Move and fill linen bags as needed.
• Wash and fold laundry (sheets, bedding).
• Report maintenance issues promptly to management.
• Communicate with team to ensure smooth operations.
• Support your team and assist wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

Making beds to perfection (think hospital corners with hospitality flair!)

Cleaning and organizing bathrooms to our sparkling-clean standards

Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming like a pro

Replenishing housekeeping supplies and reporting when inventory runs low

Emptying trash bins and ensuring a fresh, clean feel throughout each unit

Moving and filling linen bags as needed

Washing and folding laundry (sheets, bedding, etc)

Reporting any maintenance issues or repairs to management promptly

Keeping an eye out for ways to make each room even better than the last

Communicating with your team and supervisor to ensure smooth operations

Supporting your team and jumping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

A can-do attitude and comfort with repetitive tasks

Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

Flexibility with working hours - we're a hospitality team, after all!

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

Comfortable standing, walking, kneeling, bending, climbing stairs, and reaching throughout your shift

Able to read basic chemical labels and write simple reports and assessments

Education & Experience:

At least 6 months of experience in hotel room, cabin, or house cleaning

A valid driver's license may be required for some positions that use company vehicles
