Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site position for a Room & Laundry Attendant at Fairfield Inn & Suites Madison West/Middleton, located in Middleton, WI. The Room & Laundry Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and laundry facilities. Daily tasks include changing linens, towels, and guestroom supplies, washing, drying, folding, and storing laundry items, ensuring high hygiene standards, and reporting any maintenance issues to management. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction is a key part of this role.
