Job summary

Sandpearl Resort is seeking a Room Inspector to help ensure our guest rooms meet the highest standards. You will inspect rooms, verify status, log discrepancies in the property management system, and coordinate with the team to resolve issues.

In addition to routine inspections, you may complete work orders, perform Room Attendant duties, and assist in training new Room Attendants. The role requires flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required.
• Previous hotel/room attendant experience preferred.
• Able to work long hours, weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms, verify status and report discrepancies; enter into PMS as needed.
• Complete work orders and perform Room Attendant/House person duties as needed.
• Assist in training Room Attendants as needed.
• Respond to special guest requests promptly and courteously.
