Century Hospitality in Triadelphia, WV is seeking a Part-time Housekeeper to deliver the highest level of guest service through meticulous room cleaning and attentive care. Responsibilities include cleaning rooms per guidelines, setting HVAC and radio, reporting maintenance needs, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of carts and linen areas.

The role requires wearing a proper uniform and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping and/or hotel laundry operations.
• Ability to follow housekeeping guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through room cleanliness and attention to guest needs.
• Clean rooms per day following the Housekeeping Guidelines while maintaining established standards.
• Set heating/cooling equipment and radio on proper settings.
• Inspect room for maintenance needs and report on maintenance service requests.
• Perform daily general clean duties and change bedspreads, blankets, mattress pads and shower curtains as assigned.
• Log rooms cleaned on daily housekeeping report and restock cart end of day.
• Maintain cart, linen room, and vacuum cleaner cleanliness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providethehighest quality of service to the customer at all times.

• Have a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Practicesafetystandardsat all times.
• Be able to move luggage, packages, or furniture weighing up to 40lbs.
