Hampton Inn Jacksonville I-295 East/Baymeadows is seeking a diligent hotel housekeeping attendant to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and public areas. You will perform routine cleaning, restocking, and reporting maintenance needs to ensure high guest satisfaction.

You will also support training for new staff, monitor team performance, and assist with daily task assignment, while upholding hotel standards. This role values reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or cleaning operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail in cleaning tasks.
• Good verbal communication to staff and front desk.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance Reporting: Identify broken items, write work orders, and report repair needs to engineering or maintenance.
• Staff Support & Training: Help train new room attendants, monitor team performance, and assign daily cleaning tasks.
• Inventory Control: Restock linen closets, track supplies, and manage lost-and-found items.
• Hands-on Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning duties as a room attendant.
