Quorum Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant at Indian Wells Resort Hotel to maintain pristine guest rooms, restock supplies, and ensure a welcoming environment for guests. This role emphasizes attention to detail, service with a smile, and adherence to cleanliness standards throughout shifts.

The position offers an hourly rate of $17, with benefits for full-time team members, including health, time off, and travel discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.

Responsabilités

• Clean and restock the required number of guest rooms each shift, making sure every room meets high standards of comfort and cleanliness.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Notify your supervisor of any missing items or maintenance issues and ensure each room is fully stocked and in top condition for the next guest.
• Approach each task with a friendly, service-oriented attitude, ensuring guests feel valued and welcomed through the cleanliness and presentation of their rooms.
• Follow all pre-cleaning duties like stocking your cart with fresh supplies and linens.
• Keep hallways, public areas, and closets organized, neat, and vacuumed so every corner of the hotel is guest-ready.
• Follow proper protocol for handling lost and found items, helping to return misplaced belongings to their owners.
• Other duties as assigned.
