The River Terrace Inn is an enchanting blend of modern elegance, laid-back California charm, and the energy of downtown Napa, just steps away from Napa’s best shopping, tasting rooms, and Oxbow Market.

Description

As a Room Attendant, you will have the opportunity to make the hotel shine! Our Room Attendants are the backbone of the hotel, working diligently to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms. The Housekeeping Room Attendant plays a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Housekeeping Room Attendants report to the Housekeeping Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and communicate effectively with guests.
• Ability to work independently while meeting high performance standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights.
• Passion for service with purpose.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Offer

We offer competitive wages, health benefits, Nonstop Health benefits program, paid vacation, and a Pay on Demand 401(k) savings plan, which you will be eligible to join after 90 days of employment. The company match is currently 50 cents per dollar of employee contributions up to 6% and is subject to change. The match becomes effective on the first of the quarter following one year of employment.
