Job Description

Clean all guest rooms to meet brand standards and ensure guest satisfaction with amenities.

Responsibilities include:

• Offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Clean assigned guestrooms: dusting, making beds, removing soiled linen, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, window cleaning, replenishing supplies
• Manage master keys daily
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment properly
• Record cleaned rooms and return lost articles
• Follow policies and safety standards
• Report maintenance issues
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily. Previous cleaning or janitorial experience and customer service experience are assets. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, follow instructions, and communicate effectively is required. Organizational skills and reliability are essential.

Hourly rate: $24.00
