Job summary

Hotel Dena is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant in Pasadena to clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards. You will greet guests warmly, handle linens, towels, and amenities, and ensure rooms are clean within allotted timeframes while adhering to safety protocols.

The role requires communication in English, prior housekeeping experience or training, and a willingness to support peak periods and other duties as needed to maintain guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly greeting.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms to standards within the allotted time.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities.
• Notify managers concerning repairs needed in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms according to lost and found policy.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short staffed or during peak periods.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
