Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts’ Hilton Milwaukee is looking for a dedicated Full Time Room Attendant to support the Housekeeping Department and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role involves opening the department, scheduling, and coordinating daily tasks for staff, with a focus on courteous service to guests and associates.

Candidates should have about one year of housekeeping experience, be able to work varied shifts, and read/write/speak English clearly.

Qualifications

• One year of Housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English in an articulate, clear manner is required. Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open Housekeeping Department, assign Room Attendant schedules, maintain call and occupancy logs, and update room status.
• Answer phone calls professionally, take messages, and follow up as needed.
• Provide computer printout reports.
• Maintain cleanliness of Housekeeping Office and locker rooms.
• Ensure excellent guest/associate rapport by responding promptly and courteously to requests.
• Assist with Lost and Found, including packing and mailing packages.
• Support Housekeeping Managers with paperwork and clerical duties.
• Perform other assigned duties.
