Job summary

Hilton Milwaukee is seeking a part-time weekend Houseperson to join our housekeeping team and help maintain clean, well-stocked guest areas in downtown Milwaukee. You’ll clean, supply materials, and support operations while contributing to our guest experience.

This role offers weekend shifts, union status, hourly pay of $18.06, and benefits after probation. We value reliability, professional appearance, and physical stamina, with opportunities to grow within Marcus Hotels & Resorts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Must be able to represent the company in a professional, well-groomed and courteous manner.
• Basic English communication is preferred.
• Physical stamina to complete repetitive manual labor tasks.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned areas.
• Pick up and deliver supplies and other items upon request.
• Remove all trash and linen from room attendant carts throughout the day.
• Stock all linen closets with proper inventory.
• Assist with team projects and perform additional assigned duties as needed.

What You Will Be Doing:
