Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas in our hotel. You will perform basic housekeeping tasks, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards.

Ideal candidates are reliable, proactive team players who can handle guests with care, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and participate in our training and benefits programs including wellness, PTO, and 401(k).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic housekeeping duties: changing sheets, towels, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, and tidying rooms after checkout.
• Ensure rooms meet brand and Island Hospitality Management standards.
• Notify supervisors of damages, deficits, or disturbances.
