Island Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and guest-ready condition of hotel rooms. You will perform standard housekeeping duties, ensure rooms meet brand standards, and support guest satisfaction with attentive service.

Ideal candidates are team players with strong initiative, able to handle problems calmly in stressful situations, and dedicated to delivering high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated team player with initiative and achievement drive.
• Able to handle problems in the workplace proactively.
• Capable of working well under pressure while delivering guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic housekeeping duties: change sheets, towels, restock supplies, vacuum, dust, clean and arrange rooms.
• Ensure rooms meet brand and IHM standards and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Notify supervisors of damages, deficits, or disturbances observed during shifts.
