Job summary

• Must be a highly motivated team player with initiative and achievement
• Able to handle problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary
• Capable of working well in stressful situations
• Able to be readily available and approachable for guests while providing excellent guest service

Responsibilities

• Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing sheets, towels, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning rooms
• Ensure all rooms meet brand and IHM standards
• Notify supervisors of damages, deficits, or disturbances
