Job summary

Island Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain spotless guest rooms and uphold brand standards. You will perform basic housekeeping tasks, stock supplies, and ensure guest satisfaction with attentive service.

This role requires reliability, ability to work under pressure, and a friendly, guest-focused attitude. Training is provided, and you will join a team that values quality, teamwork, and career growth within the hotel family.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing sheets, towels, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning rooms.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for according to brand and IHM standards.
• Notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, and/or disturbances.
