NCG Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeper/Room Attendant at The Trade Hotel in Milwaukee. Start at $16/hour with potential higher wages for experienced candidates; weekends required and shift options available.

You will provide clean, comfortable accommodations and outstanding service, maintain beds, bathrooms, and common areas, and support the team through efficient cleaning and organization. We foster growth, mentorship, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Friendly customer service to brighten the day of our property guests.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible availability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Consistently clean guestrooms to high standards.
• Make beds with clean linens.
• Clean bathrooms.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust and restock guestrooms.
• Assist with other duties assigned by supervisor.
• Operate commercial laundry and clean public areas.
• Properly handle, label and store cleaning supplies.
