The Trade Hotel Milwaukee is seeking a Building Maintenance Assistant for our Milwaukee property. Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, with potential increases for experienced candidates. Flexible weekend availability and shifts morning or evening are required to support hotel operations.

Formación

• General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building construction.
• Ability to operate common power and hand tools.
• Patience and ability to solve problems creatively.
• Desirable prior hotel/building maintenance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform guest room preventative maintenance (painting, battery replacement, smoke detector checks, HVAC cleaning).
• Maintain grounds, landscaping, outbuildings, and parking areas in a clean, safe condition.
• Assist in maintaining pool, spa, and general areas per local codes and brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest reports of problems or concerns.
